Work in Plymouth

We arrived in Plymouth tired and hungry on 26 July

The Mayflower Marina overlooks the former Royal Navy base which has now been occupied by bars and restaurants. Not a single pint of bitter to be found. When we asked, the reply was we don’t drink any of the Pride C+++ down here!

Oh well. Note to self – add a few more beers when next victualling!

Pete and I spent the week getting the boat ready. It really does take ages to prep everything, and we didn’t even look at the galley. That’s one for Sue & I next week.
